Children's Theatre Camp 2008 -  Wizard of Oz

 

Don't miss this special presentation of the Wizard of Oz, a production of the Children's Theatre Camp 2008,
sponsored by the Hanover Arts and Activities Center. 
Four performances will be held at the Hanover Arts and Activities Center - 500 S. Center Street - Ashland, VA  23005. 

The performance times/dates will be:

Friday, August 15, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.
Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, August 17, 2008 at 1:00p.m.

Come see the talented youth right here in Hanover County! 

Tickets are $5.00 in advance and $6.00 at the door.  Tickets will be available for sale starting August 11, 2008 at the Hanover Arts and Activities Center Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Welcome to Bluemont in Ashland 2008!

 

Concerts are on Sundays at 7:00 PM on the front lawn of the Hanover Arts and Activities Center. 

General Admission: $5.00;   Bluemont Friends and Seniors: $4.00;    Kids under 12 years: $2.00

All you need to bring is a lawn chair (or a blanket) and your enthusiasm for GREAT MUSIC!  As always, no alcoholic beverages, smoking or pets. 

 

The schedule of performers for our 4th Bluemont season is as follows:

Aug. 3rd:   Laurie Lewis Band (California Bluegrass)                      
Aug. 10th:  John McCutcheon (One-Man Folk Festival)
Aug. 17th:   ZapOte (Afro-Brazillian Funk)
Aug. 24th:  Martinsburg Jazz Orchestra (Big Band since the 1940s)
